I have unplugged the system and replaced them in. It shows GM-OR active and GM-MW also active but weak. Comcast will have to be called for this if that did not work. There is no system called dog park.

There is a dog park wifi. There is even a sign for it as you enter the park. GM-OR and GM-MW are old wifis that were replaced by dog park.
