At the corner of Avenida Messina & Avenida Navarro are three display containers for the Observer, Ticket, & visitor coupon flyers. The Ticket display is packed with garbage and dog feces bags. Why people think this is a trash can I have no idea except that hey must be very confused. I’m not sure why these displays are located here and recommend that they be removed.
