These particular potholes are even more dangerous than regular ones due to their location. When you're attempting to merge onto the parkway, there's only a short window within which to pull out onto the road safely, because cars are flying up behind you. This leaves very little time for anyone to carefully negotiate the potholes. The potholes seem to be forming due to water pooling, freezing and thawing in that specific spot, just after the exit from the plaza onto the parkway. There needs to be a more permanent solution than just a! filling over these potholes over and over again in this particular location. It's only a a matter of time before someone gets rear-ended and/or seriously injured while attempting to pull out of this plaza onto the highway.
