The appropriate Solid Waste Services Supervisor will review this request, for further investigation. As a friendly reminder, debris must be placed curbside prior to 7am (on your collection day) and should be at least 4 feet away from all obstructions. The pile should not exceed 3 feet high, 10 feet wide or 18 feet long. The branches should not surpass 5 feet in length or 6 inches in diameter. Thank you for using FayFixIt. Limb Removal within this area, that is normally serviced on each Monday, is currently delayed. This is due to to an enormous amount of storm debris that remains curbside uncollected, to include making additional Operational & Personnel adjustments. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. City Staff is working as diligently as possible, in order to clean up curbside debris.
