Its a big city, some neighborhoods need more code enforcement than others. Code enforcement needs to take the lead and cite the visible code violations, specifically health and safety.
Maybe SSF Scavangers would like to help loyal SSF residents with pick-up and cost. The cost to dump those items is expensive to some. Help out big businesses it’s your city too.
