This same flooding affects one house on Carolina Shores Parkway (between Persimmon and Bayberry Circle, and 3 homes on Bayberry Circle (numbers 1,3, and 5). This flooding is a newer phenomenon and happens whenever we get a measurable rainfall. Addressing the one problem could help these other homeowners.
