I agree Angelika. We should monitor this closely once these projects are implemented. I can tell you that we removed an immense amount of trash the first time we cut the trail by State and James. Two years later when did it again the trash had diminished immensely. That said, it has clearly picked up right at the bridge :( I'm a strong believer that activating these spaces will curb the dumping. To be seen.

CTDOT will be permitting agency, with a maintenance agreement held by City of New Haven. Will need design to be approved by CTDOT; TT&P/Engineering can provide new LED fixtures for underpass when time is right.
