Description

There is a house on Pearl Street between I believe Spier and the next street that all year long drains water down their lawn onto the road causing a normally dry road to be wet and at many times, icy. It has also now caused a pothole from the water collecting there. Can the pothole be fixed and can anything done so that the water doesn't drain out onto the road causing hazardous conditions when it's icy?
