  I just drove through the intersection of Skyline Boulevard and Redwood Road at about 3:15 PM and the problem is still there. Cars are waiting so long to go southbound on Skyline that people were honking their horns trying to get cars ahead of them to go through the red light.

  Also the sensor for the left turn signal going from southbound Skyline to eastbound Redwood Road barely works (9/10 times it fails to register a car). Often I sit there while the lights cycle for other directions, until a car shows up heading southbound.
