People put these up to chase away the geese. So the root of this complaint may be an issue with the Canada Goose. I think they have an embassy downtown Denver.

JW, Thank you for the reply. I believe you. Assuming you are correct, Littleton needs to buy several hundred of these scarecrows. The geese are very messy, and I have witnessed several near-auto accidents for motorists who tried to avoid hitting a flock on the road, or who stopped on the road as the flock crossed the road. Me, I would rather hit one with my car, then endanger my life or the life of another motorist. I will post this problem on Littleton's Click & Fix web page for a possible solution.

The City has determined that there is no violation at this location at this time.
