This has has already been reported (see 11-07-18 report). There is a white BMW with a flat tire parked on street with this flat tire for A VERY LONG TIME. On 12-17-18 signs were posted for NO PARKING streets to be cleaned, this car was not moved street cleaner had to go around it. As stated in original post this needs to go before snow plows have to come down street as stated in original post. This is what ruins the curb appeal in our city. You wouldn't like it sitting in CITY HALL PARKING LOT LIKE THIS FOR WELL OVER A YEAR, we don't like this parked on our streets. Things like this is what drives up car ins rates in the community. PLEASE have this removed from road. At this point it appears to be abandon or is it a stolen car dumped here? If you look under the car you can see it has been sitting there not moved for A LONG TIME by the junk underneath it. Thank you
