When the city introduced its new 311 app/reporting system on the 18th, the underlying data submission format changed. I imagine (but don't know for certain) that it's a matter of SCF making a change to their code and providing an app update.

Thanks for the comments. I downloaded the Chicago Works app and it looks like the graffiti option is available - will give it a try... Thanks again and Happy New Year...
