Description

Trash, debris, construction supplies and an expired registration boat... this is all from the neighbor on the corner next to the trash heap. They use that corner like their extended driveway/ garbage can. IT NEEDS TO STOP, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FINE THEM????
