Description

The crosswalks in the center of Sharon have been brick since the last revitalization of Sharon Square. One consequence of the bricks is the excessive noise produce by cars, trucks and particularly tractor trailers. This noise problem has increased as traffic on 27 & Main St. has increased. As the crosswalks need repairs I would like the town to consider returning the crosswalks to asphalt. The crosswalk can be painted to look like brick as in other towns.
