Address is wrong. It is the SW corner of 38th St and 41st Ave.

The city told me it is not their responsibility to keep the alley clear!!!! When it was cleared a couple months ago a church group did it which I thought was extremely nice. However I always assumed paying my property taxes covered street and alley up keep!!!???

call the Pinellas county sheriff and ask for Deputy Eric Gibson. He is our Community Deputy. He needs to see the problem and then he will get in contact with the Florida Dream Center. They are probably the ones who cleaned it out before. They help with code inforcement on areas like this.

The problem is not just the RV that has people living it, it's all the homeless and addicts who gather here constantly. This morning one was sleeping on a blanket as school kids walked past. I hope that this is finally going to be handled, but I doubt it. This is not the first time it was 'cleaned up'. Please help us get our neighborhood safe.

COMPLETELY AGREE!!!! Nothing ever gets accomplished with this property. They even go so far as to stand outside and smoke weed!!!! The sheriffs department has been contacted to many times to even count and still nothing!!!! They don’t even care when the Clearwater police call them!!!!! I know they have a landlord why aren’t they doing anything??? SO FRUSTRATED!!!!!

I don't even like going by there anymore walking my dog if it is dark. I took her out 2 days ago at 5:30 in the morning and went by there. All of a sudden someone appeared out of the bushes wrapped in a blanket and followed me for over half a block until I turned around and demanded they back off. It's way too many homeless and addicts infiltrating the neighborhood because of that one property. They are constantly up and down our street asking for money and cigarettes. It's getting a bit scary.

I vote that this issue be reopened. I'm glad they were, again, notified that they were violating code. Last night one of them was yelling about having a gun. The past two days they have sat in a big circle doing their drugs. While no one is sleeping on blankets, the ongoing drug party hasn't stopped. The ongoing vehicles and drug deals are continuing.

The county keeps saying the responsible party has been notified but does anyone have a clue as to who the responsible party is??? I would like to find out who actually owns that house does anyone know???

I think what is happening is they are notifying the tenants, who are the ones who are causing the problem. I have no idea who is the landlord to the property, only that one exists.
