Description

As of 12/30 approximately 3PM, the pedestrian crossing signal on the north east corner of Ridge and Wade (as viewed from the House Creek trail) constantly displays 20 seconds remaining -- it does not change at all, although the vehicular traffic signal does change. This is unsafe as pedestrians/runners believe it is safe to cross when traffic on Ridge actually has a green light and does not stop. I reported this same issue a few months ago.

also asked...
Q. What is the type of signal?
A. Pedestrian
Q. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
A. Pedestrian crossing signal broken, constantly displays 20 seconds remaining.
