They also do not care about the piles of bottle caps and cigarette butts in front and back of the establishment.

West Alley and East Alley are trashed by disrespectful people and the businesses only care about profits. They need to be held accountable to clean up EVERY DAY/NIGHT!

Both the West and East Alleys have huge potential for the Historic District in Roswell. An Enforcement representative should be driving these alleys weekly to ensure code compliance. The West Alley is a constant reminder of how our money is spent and, so far, it seems like wasted money. A weekly drive by inspection is a simple and low resource way to ensure compliance.
