As a follow up, Inspections and Permits has visited this site twice in the past 3 months. The inspector found no violation. Therefore, this complaint will be closed.

The problem has changed since the inspector was out.

I don’t believe for one second that an inspector has visited this property twice. I’ve NEVER seen anyone other than the homeowner and his construction crew there, and I work odd hours so I’m home during the day quite often. If someone had been there, they would’ve seen what a mess this is. I’ve personally called I&P multiple times, left messages for the inspector, no response, no call back. This is our tax dollars hard at work... typical. This will never be resolved if we leave it up to the county.
