On the west side of the road, at the end of the HAWK crosswalk, there is a large puddle from the recent rains. I am not sure if there is a storm drain here that is clogged or if there is just a depression, but the puddle makes it impossible for someone to use the crosswalk or sidewalk without getting very wet. I saw pedestrians climbing the wet hill to get around it, which could also be dangerous if they slipped in the mud.
