Alley does not appear to have phothole at this location and city maps show area constructed of millings material (no longer sprayed with hardening material because of Federal regualations EPA) other issues including junk and debris and pile of dirt left in ally are code compliance issues - will forward to codes to review.

This alley needs to be repaved --the pile of dirt is not the issue --needs new asphalt

The pile of dirt was illegally dumped there, it is not part of the alleyway! You will also see the 300 gal trash can is no longer behind this house as it used to be. This is because a resident moved it away from their property with out permission. as stated above, this alleyway was never "Paved", in the past the city sprayed hardeners on "millings material". The federal laws prevent the city from spraying the "Hardeners" now. If you want the city to "Pave" they alleyway, start a petition in the neighborhood to have the alleyway paved. all properties adjacent to the alleyway could be charged for "Paving the alleyway". if you ask nicely, I'm sure the city will be happy to grade the alley!

The sins of one should not punish the rest of us--Move the trash back and cite the owner if you can prove who did the dumping--since you can not --lets clean up the alley--there is more than enough funds in the coffers to do so..
-Ask nicely--I know your not serious --we pay taxes as do most of the home owners--it is a blemish on the city to have this such a mess. If this was the north side or Brightwaters it would have already been paved.
