The admin to the Chelmsford Dog Park advised to report as you can pull video ect for these issues...On Monday December 31st around 2 pm i brought my dog to the park - as we have many times before - we have never had any issues. as we went into the small dog side as we are supposed to a small ( 5-8 lbs ) looking like a yorkie terrier was not being watched by its owner - who was on the other side of the park not paying attention - as we entered and walked in from the open door - it started to attack and bite my dogs face and bark and growl for no reason at all - my dog is 6 months old and non aggressive. i had 1 witness and the other people noticed the issue too - i approached and adressed the issue with the owner once i separated them- immedielty picked up my dog and it came up after her in my arms even then went away - my dog is not hurt but this is unacceptable behavior - i have had nothing but good experiences there till then - when i confronted the owner they shrugged it off and gave no apologies or real response. they should have left immediately and did not. the man was a middle aged- dark black hair- and tan. he might have been of Asian or Hispanic decent . i think he drove a blue ford
