Where is the water located? We need you to provide an address or 2 intersecting roads of where the water is not draining.

If this is in regards to the area of 21 Bellemeade Trail, we have investigated the issue and have plans to hand dig a swale and fill in the areas around the mailboxes where ruts have been created by the mail service drivers.

That address is adjacent to the location.

I am the homeowner at 21 Bellemeade Trail. We have seen the process on our property to get the water to stop pooling up along the road. Thank you. There is still a significant pool of standing water at the end of Bellemeade Trail in front of the two mailboxes seen in the photo above. That water cannot make it to the improved seales due to how the road is graded. Are there plans to add pavement to help drive the water across the road and into the new swales? Are there plans to add pavement ontoo of the gravel that was placed in our yard? We would prefer pavement so we can mow around that area but are happy with any improvement to this area. Thanks for all that had been done thus far. We have been battling this for 5 years and this is the first action taken. We are grateful!
