Description
On the site of what i think was an old milk plant, is a barbed wire fence which is falling down. Not only is this an eyesore but it is very dangerous. The barbed wires low to the ground and can easily cause harm to someone.

the "not dangerous from a-far" you speak of is just a few feet off the road. If you don't like the look of the cooling towers, they why do you live around here? At least the barbed wire fence is something which can be fixed.
