Description
The city has been out late last year and told us they would be digging and clearing the ditch. They only did one side of the street and ours stands in water now and into our parking area. I reported this before the holidays, but the case was closed because they found the water flows fine. I am enclosing pictures from across the street and on this side. The difference is obvious and you can also see that they did not clean this side of the ditches or culverts . It has never before been like this here and it is difficult for people to park and get into work

Still doing the same
Culverts clogged with dirt and debris
Two properties down, the ditches are empty

They came out to say it will need a special machine to tunnel into the culvert next door in June
It still has not been done, and every time it rains this blockage endangers our building

Tropical storm threatening, and the issue is not resolved
Have been told there is another reference number ...it is 3547519
If we have a major flood this will cause problems for our property because the city has neglected to finish this

They still have not cleaned out the covered ditches in the properties next to us
They can work on our ditch several times but until they clean out the properties downstream from us, it is a futile exercise
As you can see, the properties downstream from us have totally empty ditches when ours are full

City still has not taken care of unclogging the covered ditches next door
Going on two years now, they cleaned out the ditches up to that point.... but does no good if they do not clean the ones downstream
