Just moved to fayettville from Fla 27 Nov 2018. A week later I called to have balky waste removed! And ordered new trash can new trash can arrived and I talked with the indiv about the waste, said he would pass it along, Spoke with the garbage collectors two or three times about it, there response all times were "We gotcha Man". The truck came by and he picked up half of the waste said his truck was full but would come back the same day to finish it (He never came back). Once a week I have been calling to get the stuff picked up. The response has always been the same will get it scheduled for pick up and someone would be by to pick it up. They Never came. Now today I guess the came by to pick the stuff up, Only not to pick it up but to leave a notice on my door saying there was to much of it to pick up and it would cost me a fee to have it picked up. I called the number on the notice to see about having the stuff removed. I explained the situation the lady says she would have the supervisor call nothing she could do. I then mentioned about paying the fee she then says she will get something scheduled for pick up. I asked how much it would cost ($375.00) I told her no and asked for the supervisor she said she would have him call me right back. (No Call)
