  You want me to go back to the site of this violation, note all these details, even take a picture.
  Seriously, my time is in use in other ways right now. If an officer were to go to the specific address I supplied, the violation would be more than obvious, and that officer could obtain those details at that time while writing up the citation. Meantime, the violator gets more time to drive away after blocking the sidewalk for several hours and experiencing no consequences for inconveniencing pedestrians, old and young, abled and disabled. Please just go there and take care of this now.

  It does not hurt to ask. Why should these highly paid and pensioned folks do something if they can get the taxpayers and pro bono citizens to do it for them. The City needs to hire a bunch of citizens to write parking ticket on a commission basis. I could get rich.
