The issue is with the left turn signal to head north on Independence. The current map shows the turn signal on the opposite side of Columbus (to make a left turn to head south on Independence), which is working.

There is definitely something wrong with the traffic lights (especially timing) in all directions at this intersection causing back-ups & long wait times for a green light -- there have been numerous reports (including my own) -- and it is getting worse instead of better, this needs attention ASAP.
