They have install a sump in the middle of the yard to catch rain water and pump it directly onto the street. It is having an effect on erosion of properties along Harbor drive and there is a constant stream of water running for months in front of peoples property. This type of drain is illegal, there should be an area where the water drains into soil and not directly to the street.
