The overflowing garbage bins were emptied a few hours ago but the workers failed to pick up trash that had fallen on the ground all around the bins. This is essentially in my front yard. See pics. PLEASE instruct your workers to pick up the trash on the ground around the garbage bins. Note: these bins need to be emptied more often. This is a very busy location with many dog walkers, school children, walkers, etc. the current schedule for emptying the bins is not adequate.
