You are correct. This is a chronic issue that no one from the City has addressed. The recent freezing temperatures turns the water into ice and is a driver as well as a pedestrian hazard and blocks access to the handicap ramp for people with disabilities.

This was fixed when the storm drain was finally cleared of leaves and debris sometime in March.
