Description
Forrest Bluff is turning into a dog run. Meaning people drive up, open their door and let their dogs run wild throughout the park. Winter songbirds, who gather on the ground and squirrels are targets. One of the roseate spoonbills has been injured but rescuers have not been able to capture it. There are two dog owners who have 3 dogs a piece that just let them run crazy and the owners never pick up. This happens at all times of the day. Late afternoon is popular. So is after dark when the park is closed.
