This large tree branch is down on sidewalk. This was predictable as it is predictable the remainder of the tree threatens public safety. The owner Eddie Wong age 68 is sweeping the street and talking about cutting the branch with a handsaw which is ridiculous. A sweet man he is I offered him any and all possible assistance he politely refuses. Thank you for the recent response / building dept. visit for his garage which is unsafe and threatens public safety as well. I think it would be best if the appropriate agency removes this tree on privately property in the interest of public safety before someone gets killed. Location is 2 Hilltop Road 10312
