Yes! Bicyclists seem to think that neither the road rules nor the pedestrian rules apply to them. Up on the sidewalk, down onto the street, running red lights, or riding in the middle of the traffic lane at less than the posted speed, road rules have become arbitrary. Often, when asked politely to abide by the rules, or at the very least, show some civility, one is confronted with an entitled holier-than-thou attitude. Riding your bike does not deem you above the law nor does it entitle you to special privileges. Stay off the sidewalks and obey the road rules.
