This intersection is incredibly dark and located quite far some all other lights on Wallingford. It is also a bus stop for school children and the lack of sidewalks in this area means that pedestrians (often with their dogs or commuters on their way or returning from nearby bus stops) are walking in or on the edge of the road. And they are very difficult to spot in the evening hours, especially in winter.

I would love to see a light after years and years of neighbors lobbying for one but I’d also love a lighted crosswalk and one of this amazing speed cameras because I’ve seen Wallingford turn into a racetrack one too many times.
