Q. Please provide detail of your Curbside Recycling Collection inquiry.
A. Someone from the sanitation department came to my house to inform us that our bins cannot be overfilled (and not close) in order for them to collect the bins. They then proceeded to take one of our two bins without indication as to why they would take it and if/when it would be returned. Please return my bin.
