The pond is located behind the houses at the end of Bernard Drive Nortg

8224 Moncton rd is one of the houses, but it runs along a few of the houses on Moncton rd, as well as a small stream in between the houses on Moncton and Bernard. This is the smaller of the two ponds that are back there.

This location is lised as Southgate, it is not in that community it is in the Village of Olde Mill

This area of land that you are referring to is actually owned by the Planning and Zoning Department of Anne Arundel County. We have received another complaint on this as well.
