Both of the original issues that you reported were for Potholes, we repair Potholes with a "cold patch" that is designed to adhere to a deeper hole in any weather, those repairs have been made. After going out and looking at the complaint myself I have created a work order for Skin Patching both issues, Skin Patching is the use of Hot asphalt & oil which cannot be used in the weather we are currently dealing with, however as soon as we get a few days with no rain and the Hot Plant is making Asphalt you will see a crew back out there to make some permanent repairs.
