There is a persistent problem with illegal drug sales in the 600 block of Newton Place NW that needs immediate and constant police attention. This has been a problem for several years and it should be corrected immediately for the safety of the residents in the surrounding area.

For the solution, you can request police presence to monitor that area through the police dispatch (911). And also attend the neighborhood meetings and put this to the attention of your Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner.
