Advanced Disposal driver told dispatch that you are allowing your neighbor to also use your cart. The cart is so heavy until the driver can not roll the cart. Your neighbor needs to contact Macon/Bibb Office @ 478-751-7400 to set up service. In order for our driver to service your cart you will need to remove some of the trash to were the cart will roll to the truck.

Excuse me but I am not allowing my neighbor to use my trash can. She rents the home next door to me and has PAID trash services but does not have a can!
Now, the reason the can is So FULL is due to your driver not getting the trash! Plus it was just Christmas if I remember correctly and there tends to be more trash! But please do not “Assume” I am allowing anyone to use my trash but my household trash!!! Thank you. I may need to call The Mayor!

And I don’t appreciate you accusing me of something that is NOT TRUE and would be Illegal - so not only do you need to come and get my trash - you owe me an apology! And it’s kind of a stupid statement - why would I allow my neighbor to use my trash can when I can’t even get y’all to pick up my trash - like I pay for you to do!?!?!?
