I saw the tenant of the first flr apt of 16 eames dumping last night on the corner and suspect he has been doing it for weeks now, he thinks others will carry is trash away, he doesn't speak English so I cant tell him to stop and don't want trouble with them, this makes the whole neighborhood look bad , there are couchs and matresses on up and down pratt st for months now

it is unbelievable the amount of dumping going on around here, I see the stuff being dumped on my corner several times a day now and I can no longer dispose of it myself, Iam a disabled veteran and getting on in years, we try to keep it clean and nice here but are fighting a losing battle, we need help with this issue we don't want to live in a open garbage dump and cant afford to move to the other Framingham with nicely paved streets and no trash piled up everywhere you look

I understand your frustrations with illegal dumping. This type of complaint does not fall under the scope of the Health Department however Code enforcement (Bldg. Dept.) observed the items "tagged" today to be picked up by DPW. This should correct the current issue. To prevent illegal dumping, I would advise contacting the Police Department for it is illegal behavior. I hope this helps. Have a great weekend.
