Description
The Clay Rd. left turn light going westbound is taking a long time to turn green compared to the other turn lights. This has been going on for the past year. It is very dangerous when people swerve out of the left lane to go north only to make a U-turn on the first median north of Clay. This is causing more traffic. The other lights in this intersection are working fine.

A. It is dangerous for the people going northbound to brake hard when a left lane driver cuts into the middle lane to avoid the wait time. The other 3 turning lanes pass many times in comparison.
