Description

Plants continue to die on these two planter boxes due to dog waste from people not curbing their dogs. Lack of vegetation is causing soil erosion and water pooling. Could the city please replant maybe using other plants. The Rhododendrons keep dying. Please note that both boxes are under a larger evergreen that has a lot of pine needle fall twice a year. Also the asphalt next to most of the planters all along NE 25th way is cracking and separating. This picture show a bit -- other places are much worse.
