I contacted the sewer dept. I am told that this is the responsibility of the Housing Authority

Broken glass, beer bottle, medical waste and drug paraphernalia has just made this park unwalkable! I called about this in May.

HHA has responded to my request. The contractor has the drains covered to prevent silt etc from filling the basins during construction
