Apt building on corner of west street and Park street has a constant problem with trash, and improper use of recycle barrels, also probably could use more trash barrels. People sometimes throw their garbage right out windows and there is no sign of a landlord taking care of anything unless the city forces him to take action. In a period of six months trash has been overflowing for over 50% of the time. It is attracting all kinds of wild life. Very unsanitary!
