(3023 New Street @ Guelph Line) Roseland Plaza: I understand it’s the Owner that has to put lights on/off. It’s super scary as parking lot lights go OFF at 3AM.

So if you are going to Tim Horton’s or Shoppers Drug Mart you pretty much need a “mining hat with a light”

It’s absolutely WAY TOO DARK up until sunrise but on days when it’s foggy it’s pitch-Black TIL at least 8am.

Someone needs to tell Property Manager/Owner to have lights on until 8am at least! Otherwise this mall parking lot is a HUGE place for crime.
