Description

Curb is broken and concrete pieces are spalling off onto the street and in parking area. The damage was incurred during PG&E's gas line replacement in 2017 - but City didn't require PG&E's contractor to replace despite the damage (they broke the curb and "replaced" concrete chunks) they did to the curb.
