A few months ago there was some sidewalk repairs along Soaring Hill Road and as a result there has been a ponding issue in front of 9277 Soaring Hill, deep enough where you need to use the road to avoid. There is a water meter directly in front of 9277 which is the low point of said problem. When you inspect you will see the water residue outlined on the walk
