Description

There are too many lights. A new light and u-turn for each little "mall" makes way too many. The lights are not in sync. During rush hour traffic backs up because a light turns green and the next light a short drive is red. Start and stop over and over. Shut down one or two lights. Drivers can drive 1/4 mile to the next U-turn.
