This is very true. I have seen so many people passing the neighborhood without any use of caution or 35mph.

I live in the same neighborhood on Morris Rd & Rt. 3. We have been asking for help with this issue for over 20 years. Just make the light at S. Concord a regular light. There are 2 ball ffields down there so the traffic gets quite heavy. There are children in those cars and there is no safe way out of that neighborhood.

Let's go to the township meetings and get this back on the table!

I'm up for that! The last time we got PennDot involved and that person was no help at all. I know my yuncle who also lives in the neighborhood would like this fixed as would my in-laws who live across from March field. I can't believe they haven't done anything about this yet.

I'm up for anything, Is pretty bad when you tell your friend on N. Concord you were late due to traffic just trying to get out of the neighborhood. Too many times I had to use the side streets to get out due to and accident at the top of S. Concord. The light is more of a decoration than a warning device.

I feel your pain. I live on Morris Rd and getting out of there to go into West Chester (where I work) is a nightmare. The cars whip around that curve and then you have the traffic heading west. I always have to tell my visitors to be extra cautious. And sitting on Rt 3 trying to make a left onto my street is scary. My husband was hit in the rear even though he had his signal on. Nobody wants to stop. The township should be in contact with PennDot about this problem. We have all waited long enough!

After the Rt 202 Southbound entrance ramp the road into West Chester should be one lane each direction. Get rid of the center dividers and make it one long center turn lane only.

And its not just S. Concord Road we are talking about, although that is bad. Circle, Morris, Maple and Concord are all bad! At least give us one good road to enter and exit the neighborhood from.
