My God! all that trash was picked up and cleaned by contractor on Thursday. all that new trash had to be dumped by the renters at 399 East ave. they have a history of doing this several times in the last few years. they do it at night they have dumped across the street here when the corner house was empty. My confronted them dumping a mattress here. and told them 7 months dumping in 407 East Ave.
